This project is Sandy recovery work across the 18-building Lillian Wald Houses in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Scope of work includes roof replacements, installation of generators and floodwalls, as well as site-wide improvements, including upgraded playgrounds and recreational areas. Akcel Systems is providing automatic temperature controls for several systems for this project. Project includes controls Zone Controls, Fan Controls Heating Systems, etc.
